NACHI MZ04 Robot CPU Board L2178C01 UM388 Reinstall System
The customer's intelligent robot MZ04 cannot enter the system. They have determined on their own that the CPU board L2178C01 UM388 has malfunctioned. After receiving this CPU board, we observed its appearance and found that it was intact without any signs of burning, scratching, or breakage. There were no components present, and based on our experience, we can tentatively assume that there was a problem with the system.
After replacing the CF (CompactFlash) card of our testing machine and restarting it, we can enter the system, so it can be confirmed that the system has crashed. So we reinstalled the system for the customer and tested it on the computer, and it was able to enter the system now. Finally, we included the program backed up by the customer.
