Repair the Fanuc robot LR Mate 200iD that has been submerged in water
The customer's Fanuc robot LR Mate 200iD suddenly stopped working. After disassembling the robot arm shell, the customer found that the wrist was flooded. After drying the moisture on the wrist, the Fanuc robot was started and only moved once before stopping.
The customer could not find the cause of the malfunction. After our repairman came to the customer's site for inspection, it was determined that the servo motor or cable had malfunctioned. However, it was not possible to determine which motor or cable it was, so we pulled back the Fanuc robot LR Mate 200iD. After disassembly and inspection, it was found that the five or six axis motor A06B-0117-B855 # 0049 and the main body cable were damaged.
