Repair the KUKA welding robot
The KUKA welding robot used for this repair is equipped with a German LORCH welding machine. After inspection, it was found that the end flange was damaged.
After the repair was completed, the final inspection was carried out:
① Wire feeding mechanism, including the integrity of the wire feeding tube, whether the wire feeding force distance is normal, and whether there are any abnormal alarms;
② Is the gas flow rate normal;
③ Integrity of welding gun safety protection system;
④ Integrity of water circulation system.
⑤ Test TCP.
